They are excellent - you managed to extract much more tonal information and detail than I expected, considering the quality of the original 5x4 black and white neg. The sharpness of the 100MB scan was superb viewing at 100%.... I am very wary of over sharpening given the amount of restoration these images require, I tend to sharpen after the restoration is complete and immediately prior to conversion ready for printing.
